Shipping is charged as it appears on your order when you check out. We ship orders using Swiss Post Service.
International orders can take up between 2 and 3 weeks depending the country. You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. The tracking number will be email to you when we leave your package in the Post Office.
Please take care to enter your delivery address and email correctly. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details provided to us.
Swiss Post Service offers tracking for most countries once the package enters the customs service of your country. All packages will be marked as “Woven Wool” for its total value in CHF in the mail forms. Some countries may charge you a fee depending on the value of the package.
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email us so we can see what went wrong.
We hope you are happy with what you received. If for some reason you are not, please do get in touch immediately. We cannot make refunds, only exchanges. We can only accept an exchange only 1 week from receipt, providing the item in unused/unworn in original conditions with labels.
We do not refund the original shipping costs, and you have to cover the cost of return shipping.
When you send an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return shipment and be absolutely sure the item get returned to us. Unfortunately we cannot accept the cost of any lost item.
