What do we collect?
When navigating:
We collect the following non-personally-identifying information: browser type, language preference, referring site, and date and time of each request, stored in the server log file. This information is collected to enhance your user experience.
When purchasing:
When you purchase an item, we collect the following information from you:
– First and last name
– Email address
– Street address, postcode, town/city, country/region
– Company name (optional)
We process your data on the basis of contract fulfilment (completing your order) and legitimate interest (improving our site).
We use this information to fulfil any orders placed through our site. When you buy a product, we enter into a business relationship. We will keep this data as long as our relationship is in effect, and for a maximum of 5 years after it ends, after which it will be deleted.
Payment information is processed solely and directly on the servers of Stripe Inc. We do not store any credit card information at any point.
Cookies
Our shop uses the following cookies:
Session cookie (wp_shopify_session): keeps track of your shopping cart and session while you browse the shop. This cookie expires after 2 days.
Cart cookies (woocommerce_cart_hash, shopify_items_in_cart): remember what is in your cart. These expire when you close your browser.
Login cookie (wordpress_logged_in): if you create an account, this cookie keeps you signed in. It expires when you close your browser or after 2 days.
Cookie notice cookie: remembers whether you have acknowledged our cookie notice, so you are not asked again.
What do we share?
Payment processing:
If you place an order in our shop, we provide the necessary information to Stripe Inc., our payment processing partner. This is required to process the purchase transaction. Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Legal obligations:
If we are required by an applicable legal authority to disclose your information, we must comply with our legal duties. We will inform you before disclosing any information to a governmental authority, unless prohibited from doing so by law. 9v9 is a company based in Switzerland.
What are your rights?
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. Please contact us if you would like to exercise any of these rights.
How do we update this privacy policy?
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal or regulatory requirements. We are firmly dedicated to your right to privacy, now and in the future.
